What is the typical turnaround time for shipping orders?
We offer Standard Economy shipping, which typically arrives within 2-3 working days. For those in need of expedited service, we provide Express Delivery, ensuring next-day delivery for orders placed before 2pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for your convenience. Please note orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. There are no deliveries on Sat/Sun.
Are your products safe for use?
Yes, our products are manufactured with safety as a top priority. We ensure that all our products meet industry standards and regulations for safe application and use.
What is the difference between your shipping options & what’s included?
You can choose either ‘standard economy’ which takes 2-3 business days to arrive, or our ‘express 24 hour’ delivery service which takes 24 hours if ordered before 2pm.
Our ‘standard economy service’ is with Evri. This service can only be tracked and traced by the customer, not by us. If your order was to ‘go missing’ we as a supplier cannot chase your delivery on your behalf.
Our ‘express delivery service’ is with DHL. It is fully tracked by us and if your parcel was to ‘go missing’ we can chase this on your behalf.
Can your products be used by beginners or are they intended for experienced professionals?
Our products are designed to meet the needs of both beginners and experienced professionals. We offer tools and supplies suitable for various skill levels. Taylor Tranckle, one of the founders is an educator who offers 1-1 training in microblading and manual ombré brows using only our tools.
